Kent Holdings Limited is committed to fostering smart, safe and sustainable projects around the world. Our current plan is to recognise and support existing foundations around the world. The PEACE Fund is one of our company's primary international philanthropic arm.
The PEACE Fund works to protect, educate, and aid children living in extraordinarily difficult circumstances. The PEACE Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) 'not for profit' charity founded by the actor, Adrian Paul. The PEACE Fund was founded in 1997 with Adrian's mandate of "helping children everywhere" and starting with the Fund's initial program "School Makes a Difference". After the tsunami of 2004, Adrian's personal connection with Koh Phi Phi in Thailand helped create the Fund's "Peace in Paradise" project. In 2006, Adrian joined people of the stature of Mikhail Gorbachev as a recipient of the WorldWide Charitable Alliances' Peacemaker Award.
The Kent Holdings Limited is committed to giving back 1 percent of its prior year’s operating income annually. This commitment is made through our supported foundations and company donations.

Access to Clean Water
Kent Holdings Ltd.’s ionXtra® Intelligent Water™ project became a social venture with the goal of providing people in developing countries with access to clean water. The production of ionXtra® Intelligent Water™ was throughout the newly developed portable and “green” ionXtra® Intelligent Water Station™. For every ionXtra® Cosmetics™ sold around the world, part of the profits was directed to the development of ionXtra® Intelligent Water Station™ and ionXtra® Intelligent Water™ to help finance our global water programs.
Kent Holdings Ltd. had also started in 2015 the development of Mag Technology & Support project. Mag Technology & Support is a golden age lifestyle of the near future. It is a network for peer to peer alternatives and a collaborative ‘connect the dots’ type of platform (Mag Support) and an open source wisdom base which will serve as a knowledge base for Mag Support and will aim to collect various forms of open source technology from around the world. Mag Technology & Support will get us to a sustainable golden age of humanity.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
Yes, ionXtraCosmetics.com can accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the South Korea. So, we are doing our business worldwide. We are looking for new franchise partners. You may contact our Head Office representatives at +82 70-7678-7811 or email us, or through our

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. When you submit any personal information (name, address and credit card) during Checkout, the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our Web site server. If you prefer, you may submit your order via telephone at +82 70-7678-7811. Our Customer Care Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday between 10:00 - 13:00, Sundays closed. (South Korean time zone - UTC+09:00).
Q: SPAM filters and ISPs

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned at the consumer's own expense via confirmed delivery within 30 days of purchase. After that date, Kent Holding Korea will not under any circumstances refund or exchange any purchase. All merchandise must have original package receipt, and all merchandise tags must be attached to request a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in "like-new" condition to be eligible for refunds. All refunds are subject to consideration and approval by Kent Holding Korea. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Kent Holding Korea will not reimburse shipping and handling charges under any circumstances. You will have to send your package with a copy of your original invoice and include a brief description of your request (i.e. refund or exchange) to Kent Holding Korea.

Q: Why is my favorite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout our international market. Please email our ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Online Guides with the name/shade of your favourite product that has been discontinued and they will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.

Q: Animal Testing
Our belief is that science can end animal testing.
We don't believe in testing on animals. We believe in the power of nature and the proof of science. And we know science has proven it's unnecessary to test products for safety on animals. So we don't do it. Instead, we use volunteers to test out our products. And they help us make sure everything is totally safe for you.
Some countries where ionXtra® Cosmetics™ is sold require animal testing on all imported cosmetics as part of their regulator safety process. As a brand rooted in science, we're doing everything we can to put an end to animal testing worldwide through science. That's why we're partnering with The Institute for In Vitro Sciences (http://wwww.iivs.org) in their mission to ensure alternative testing becomes the global standard.
