Q: How do I check on an order I have placed?
If you are a registered ionXtra® Cosmetics™ customer, you may check the status of your order online. For questions regarding the status of your order or if you are not a registered member, you may contact our Customer Care representatives at +82 70-7678-7811 or you can send e-mail to
support@ionxtracosmetics.com, or you can contact us through our
online Contact Us form. For fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
Yes, ionXtraCosmetics.com can accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the South Korea. So, we are doing our business worldwide. We are looking for new franchise partners. You may contact our Head Office representatives at +82 70-7678-7811 or email us, or through our
online Contact Us form.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. When you submit any personal information (name, address and credit card) during Checkout, the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our Web site server. If you prefer, you may submit your order via telephone at +82 70-7678-7811. Our Customer Care Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday between 10:00 - 13:00, Sundays closed. (South Korean time zone - UTC+09:00).
Q: SPAM filters and ISPs
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of an email from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Online. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email. This will ensure that correspondence from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Online will be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us at +82 70-7678-7811.
If your provider is AOL:
1. Open the Email message.
2. Click “Add to Address” icon.
3. The name and Email address from Email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up.
Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click “Save".
If your provider is Yahoo:
1. Open the Email message.
2. Click the “Add to Address Book" link on the far right.
3. The address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.
If your provider is Hotmail:
1. Open the Email message.
2. Click “Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.
If your provider is MSN:
1. Open the Email message.
2. Click “Save Addresses" on the right.
3. Select the check box next to the address you want to save.
You can also make changes to the contact information.
4. Click “Save".
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned at the consumer's own expense via confirmed delivery within 30 days of purchase. After that date, Kent Holding Korea will not under any circumstances refund or exchange any purchase. All merchandise must have original package receipt, and all merchandise tags must be attached to request a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in "like-new" condition to be eligible for refunds. All refunds are subject to consideration and approval by Kent Holding Korea. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Kent Holding Korea will not reimburse shipping and handling charges under any circumstances. You will have to send your package with a copy of your original invoice and include a brief description of your request (i.e. refund or exchange) to Kent Holding Korea.

Q: Why is my favorite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout our international market. Please email our ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Online Guides with the name/shade of your favourite product that has been discontinued and they will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.

Please note that a search may only be initiated for products within ionXtra® Cosmetics™'s basic product line. We regret that we are unable to conduct searches for seasonal, limited edition, or promotional products.
If we are able to locate the product you have requested, you may purchase up to 6 units (depending upon availability). Gone But Not Forgotten items are available for shipment worldwide. Q: Can you send me samples?
Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If your desire is to “try before you buy," please know that it is ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Online policy to accept returns or exchanges for products that you are not satisfied with. Q: Animal Testing
Our belief is that science can end animal testing.
We don't believe in testing on animals. We believe in the power of nature and the proof of science. And we know science has proven it's unnecessary to test products for safety on animals. So we don't do it. Instead, we use volunteers to test out our products. And they help us make sure everything is totally safe for you.
Some countries where ionXtra® Cosmetics™ is sold require animal testing on all imported cosmetics as part of their regulator safety process. As a brand rooted in science, we're doing everything we can to put an end to animal testing worldwide through science. That's why we're partnering with The Institute for In Vitro Sciences (http://wwww.iivs.org) in their mission to ensure alternative testing becomes the global standard.
