History of ionXtra® Technology™

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned at the consumer's own expense via confirmed delivery within 30 days of purchase. After that date, Kent Holding Korea will not under any circumstances refund or exchange any purchase. All merchandise must have original package receipt, and all merchandise tags must be attached to request a refund or exchange.
