Sales and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at ionXtra® Cosmetics™ World. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we created. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ World Online Store, in an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Retail Store, or on the phone with the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our company’s Privacy Policy

and Terms & Condition.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re developed, designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), and include a brief description of your request (i.e. refund or exchange), within 30 days of the date you receive the product on your own expense via confirmed delivery, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store will not reimburse shipping and handling charges under any circumstances.

All refunds are subject to consideration and approval by the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store.

After 30 days of the date you receive the product, our company will not under any circumstances refund or exchange any purchase.

You may start the process of refund or exchange by sending an email to support@ionxtracosmetics.com.

In addition, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
  • The following product is not eligible for return: ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store Gift Cards.
  • For returns to an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $750, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
  • Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store where originally purchased.
  • In the case of items returned with an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store gift receipt, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store will offer you an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store Gift Certificate.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Our company reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store, please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.

Should we reduce its price on any ionXtra® Cosmetics™ product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store or contact us by sending an email to support@ionxtracosmetics.com and request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

If a discrepancy arises between the price quoted on the Site and the checkout page, the latter will prevail. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store shall have the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not an order confirmation has been sent and/or payment has been made. If payment has already been made and your order is cancelled or limited, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store shall refund any payment you made for any item that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within South Korea. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

Orders, Payment Terms

Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store, and unless otherwise agreed by ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store, payment must be received by ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store before ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store’s acceptance of order. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store may accept payment via PayPal, wire transfers or telegraphic transfer (“TT”), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (other credit or debit cards may be added at ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store’s sole discretion). Orders are not binding until ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store accepts the order. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store may need to verify any information you provide before ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store accepts an order, and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to the Terms. For wire transfers or telegraphic transfer (“TT”), Invoices are due and payable within the period indicated on the invoice. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

You will be charged separately for shipping and handling, and all shipping and handling charges will appear on the checkout form when you submit an order. Pricing and Sales Tax Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Kent Holding Korea.

Prices shown are in Euro (€). If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Our company may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our company’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If our company cancels an order after you have already been billed, our company will refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shopping Help page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store’s control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Consumers Only

The ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

South Korea Shipping Only

Products purchased online from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store will only be shipped to addresses within countries where our Kent Holdings Limited do not have an exclusive ionXtra® Cosmetics™ importer. Products purchased online from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store are subject to South Korea and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. If you are purchasing ionXtra® Cosmetics™ products online from outside South Korea, please visit our home page and find our local exclusive ionXtra® Cosmetics™ importer, and buy your product directly from our local partner' online ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store. In case you don't find your local online ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store from our home page, our company will serve you from our online ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store.

The Checkout Process

In placing an order, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information during the checkout process and agree to update that information to keep it true, accurate, present and complete. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store shall have the right to ban your access to the Site if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have provided untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete information to ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store.

Cancelling and Changing Your Orders

For orders that have yet to be shipped, you will be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and item availability by contacting Kent Holding Korea. For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, only if applicable. As long as your order or merchandise from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store has not yet entered the shipping process, you can change the details by entering into your own registered ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store account. Please note that you can make changes only to those orders from ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store that have not yet entered the shipping process. Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, it is impossible to locate and make changes to a single package once it has entered the shipping process.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re manufacturing them as fast as we can. ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, ionXtra® Cosmetics™ Store will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned at the consumer's own expense via confirmed delivery within 30 days of purchase. After that date, Kent Holding Korea will not under any circumstances refund or exchange any purchase. All merchandise must have original package receipt, and all merchandise tags must be attached to request a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in "like-new" condition to be eligible for refunds. All refunds are subject to consideration and approval by Kent Holding Korea.
